Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in Florida with their new Jacksonville location. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats is set to open this month in The Markets at Town Center.
“Our high-energy, sweet restaurant is enjoyed by guests across the state of Florida, and we’re excited to introduce our brand to the residents of Jacksonville,” shares Sugar Factory owner Charissa Davidovici. “From our colorful and vibrant dishes, to our over-the-top desserts, every moment at Sugar Factory Jacksonville will offer guests an extremely memorable and instagrammable experience from the minute they walk in to the minute they leave.”
Sugar Factory’s Jacksonville restaurant will have a 179-seat main dining area, a bar area with seating for 20 and an outdoor patio with space for 107 guests. Upon entering, guests will be greeted by Sugar Factory’s signature candy dot wall, candy heart lounge and the candy retail store where guests can choose from over 50 types of sweet treats and more on Sugar Factory’s signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall. From the retail store, guests can enter the main dining area with Instagrammable moments such as large flower walls with neon signs perfect for posing, an elaborate three-dimensional floral ceiling, video walls and other colorful decor.
Offering brunch, lunch and dinner, Sugar Factory’s menu features burgers, pastas, and salads, as well as colorful dishes and unique desserts. Start the day with exciting brunch offerings, including mouthwatering waffles, like the Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Waffle – a warm waffle stuffed with strawberries and delicious New York Cheesecake, and topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and strawberry sauce; or the Cannoli Stuffed French Toast made with thick slices of brioche bread, stuffed with a sweet cannoli and chocolate chip cream, and topped with berries, whipped cream and chocolate fudge. Sugar Factory’s Insane Iced Coffees are a perfect breakfast pairing and a photo-worthy way to add a caffeine boost to the day.
