Abu Dhabi’s sweet new hot spot, Sugar Factory American Brasserie is now open at The Mall, World Trade Center. The mall is nestled in the heart of the City under the footsteps of the tallest building in Abu Dhabi next to the beautiful corniche road.

The restaurant offering both sweet and savory American culinary classics located in Level 3 next to the cinemas with an alfresco seating area.

Upon entering Sugar Factory, guests are greeted by a dazzling retail store and ice cream shop offering a rainbow array of specialty candies and gifts. We are especially excited to introduce our signature Couture Pops to Abu Dhabi! This candy phenomenon is enjoyed by pop culture icons like Katy Perry, Britney Spears, the Kardashian Sisters, Holly Madison and other Hollywood trendsetter.

Sugar Factory’s culture is a celebrated concept of food and drink menus that include perfectly executed classics, from eggs Benedict and gourmet burgers to pizzas, savory steaks and pastas.
Our more unique selections include Celebration Sundaes, Pancakes and Waffles. Sugar Factory also found a way to spike your favorite drinks by offering signature smoking candy goblets, and specialty martinis and cocktails. Creative candy inspired milkshakes and the famous King Kong Sundae round out Sugar Factory’s inspired menu.
